Natural Convergence Inc. and/or its affiliates ("NCI") owns and operates the Website and is committed to protecting the privacy of its users.  NCI does not collect personal information about individual users except when such personal information is provided to NCI on a voluntary basis and when monitoring traffic to the Website.  NCI uses your personal information to help it create and deliver content most relevant to you and to provide you with information about  NCI and its products and services.

If you complete and submit an on-line employment application found on the Website, you hereby consent to the disclosure of your completed on-line employment application to NCI personnel.
